The amount of time it takes me to do my billing has decreased since I started using EI ASSISTANT! I dreaded doing my billing and now I look forward to confirming my schedule at the end of my work day. I like that I can bill insurance companies and the Illinois Central Billing Office all in one place. I have tried other billing programs, but found this one the most user friendly. Since I started doing my billing and filing on EI Assistant my stress levels have gone down by 95%! I am so thrilled to have this new billing tool that saves me a lot of time as well as money on postage, ink, and paper. I have been using EI Assistant for all of my billing needs. My billing used to take me hours to complete. This program is much more efficient allowing me to focus more of my time actually seeing clients. Even with having to submit duplicate claims to the state once insurance EOBs are obtained, this is very quick. I am so glad that I finally have everything in one program.
